Over the course of 2021 and 2022, in collaboration with our regional partners, GEO Mountains undertook / is undertaking a series of surveys into the interdisciplinary mountain 'data landscape' – including user data requirements and the extent to which they can presently be met – in each of the planet’s major mountain regions.
The surveys remain open, and we warmly welcome the active communities in these regions who have not already done so to contribute to their respective survey(s) – irrespective of attendance at the associated workshops – using the links provided below. Recordings of previous sessions may be provided upon request.
Contributions will be acknowledged in the GEO Mountains 'Data Agenda' report. Find out more about ways of getting involved and the benefits of participating in the work of GEO Mountains here.
